Temple had been playing for Erie in the NBA Development League. He averaged 14 points, 5.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists in 24 games, good enough to be selected for the D-League All-Star Game. The 33-year-old was picked up prior to the NBA trade deadline from Oklahoma City on Thursday along with forward D.J. White for journeyman center Nazr Mohammed.
