07/01/2010 - Salt Lake City, UT (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - The Utah Jazz announced the signings of their 2010 draft class Thursday, bringing forwards Gordon Hayward and Jeremy Evans on board with undisclosed contracts.

Hayward, selected ninth overall, was at the forefront of Butler's run to the NCAA title game against Duke. The 6-foot-8 Horizon League Player of the Year averaged 15.5 points and 8.2 rebounds per contest as a sophomore last year. He led the conference with 12 double-doubles.

Evans was taken 55th overall out of Western Kentucky. The 6-foot-9 22-year-old started 34 games as a senior in 2009-10, averaging 10.0 points, 6.9 rebounds and 1.8 blocks per contest. He led the Sun Belt Conference in field goal percentage, shooting 64.9 percent, and finished as the school's all-time leader in blocks with 224.
